In the afternoon of February 20, 2020, four masks production lines of BOVEN Industry (Dongguan) Co., Ltd / BOVEN Fine Textile (Zhaoqing) Co., Ltd achieved mass production and the daily production capacity of BOVEN face masks reached 400,000pcs.
BOVEN Industry (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. was established in July 2016, which provides ultra clean and dust-free wiping products, micro pollution prevention & control solutions and anti-static technical products. We continuously provided services for apple, Huawei, Samsung, LG, CSOT and other valued customers.

Every ultra-high speed automatic mask production line, running fast with raw materials “integrated forming” and finished face mask along with conveyor belt. Each line can produce 100,000 disposable medical face masks daily.
BOVEN disposable non-woven mask is made of medical grade materials and automatic machines. The whole manufacturing process is dust-free, which effectively guarantees the product quality. The mask is composed of three layers, and the most important middle layer is melt brown filter. Factory strictly follow executive standard: YY /T 0969-2013, tested by Guangzhou inspection and testing certification Group Co., Ltd.,test report displayed many tested items are up to standard, especially BFE has reached more than 99%,meanwhile, it has reached the EU EN149 standard and obtained CE certification which can be exported to European countries.
