As a professional cleanroom wipe manufacturer, completed with plenty of all types of facilities ensure our products quality in stable condition and to be higher and higher.

Certifications like NEBB, ISO9001, ISO14001 and SGS RoHs passed state our products can be applied in all ways like automotive, semiconductor manufacturing, bio-pharmaceutical, precision instrument and more.

At present, the company’s main production equipment:

There are weaving machines*50 sets ,    

4 cylinder washing machine*2 sets ,

Opening machine*1 sets  ,

Cloth inspecting machine*1 sets

 and High temperature setting machine*1sets .

The  Production capacity of Cleanroom wiper’s raw material is 200 tons / month

There are 10 sets of laser slitting machine,

5 sets of automatic hot cutting machine,

1 set of ultrasonic large slitting machine,

10 sets of ultrasonic small slitting machine,

6 sets of ultrasonic cross cutting machine,

 2 sets of hot cutting slitting machine,

2 sets of water washing / drying machine,

1 set of 10 ton pure water system,

production capacity of clearoom wiper: 300000 bags / month, production capacity of roll wiper: 200000 rolls / month
